The challenge
APG had a data platform MVP, but sought to mature it to improve extensibility and reusability. Due to internal technical gaps, they sought external support to enhance their platform effectively
Approach
We collaborated closely with APG to establish robust processes, testing frameworks, and efficient ways of working tailored for a mature team and platform. By focusing on enhancing code quality through comprehensive testing, we successfully minimized bugs, streamlined operations, and facilitated smoother onboarding processes for new data integrations.
