NN Bank: A journey toward real-time insights
The challenge
NN Bank has decided to offer a digital retail banking product to its customers and prospect but to achieve that they needed to upgrade the data capabilities from batch only to realtime for use cases such as realtime personalized customer engagement, integrated fraud detection and realtime process adherence check.
Approach
Analytix Power Xprts collaborated with NN Bank to craft a data strategy, outlining the ideal technologies, roles, reposibilities, governance and use cases to meet their ambitious goals. Event Driven Architecture and Streamind Data Processing capabilities are chosen as enabler and Analytix Power introduced Confluent Platform to NN Bank to implement real time insights for all of those use cases. Throughout the implementation of the platform, our XPrts also fostered a data culture, equipping NN Bank with the skills they would need for maintenance and scalability.
